This capability allows us to monitor whether our choice of work holding will have a detrimental effect on the part during the machining process.

Offline CAD analysis allows us to monitor, map and highlight what affect our clamping forces will have on a component. This allows us to see in an unclamped state if these will result in any un-recoverable distortion to thin wall sections and critical features of a component once machined.

This allows us to predict any potential errors or distortion caused by our work holding prior to machining.
