Apprentices up-date

A quick update on the progress of our apprentices …..

  • Hayley has completed her apprenticeship and is now a quality engineer and comfortable in her role. She is undergoing an SVQ3 in Business Improvement Techniques and assuming responsibility for health and safety at Ritchie Precision.

  • Kyle is progressing well with his apprenticeship. He is now confident on the 3 Axis mills and is about to progress onto 5 Axis Milling.

  • Ross is undergoing training in the turning section now that he is confident on the 5 Axis mills and the Robotrex. He is developing into a very handy apprentice.
