£1,500,000 investment by Ritchie Precision, engineering specialist in Livingston, as export sales rise

The exciting new expansion and new factory is right on target. We have invested in new mills and upgraded existing equipment.  Three robotic palletisation systems, from German specialist Lang, have been fitted to two new DMG-Mori 5-axis milling centres, with the third increasing capacity on an existing 5-axis DMU40.  This increase in capacity is fully augmented through the installation of a DMC 650 and a NTX 1000 mill-turn machine.
