Dylan to the rescue
Recently we received a letter from Marcus Brookes, a local wheelchair user, telling us about his meeting up with Dylan. It seems that Marcus was out in his handbike when “there was a loud bang and I knew straight away I had a puncture. This is a nightmare as, being paraplegic it’s really hard to get out of the bike, get the wheel out, put a new tube in, pump it up and do it all in reverse.
Fortunately, somebody called Dylan who was walking past offered to help. He was really helpful, stripped my bike and got me up and running. We got chatting and he told me what he did and that he worked for you. He spoke with real passion and how your business is leading the way and achieving great things. He was clearly really proud of his work.
So to sum up, I just wanted to say, he is a credit to your organisation and I was very grateful for his help.”
We are very proud of all our staff at Ritchie Precision but Dylan was the local hero that day.
